I've seen more and more pictures where they use MC... anyone know for sure if this is something they are going to issue, or is it each operators choice or what?

I'd be incredibly surprised to find out a woman had passed the training. If she has though holy shit she's got to be one hell of a soldier. My guess is that she's a public affairs officer tasked to work with cansofcom.
