Remove orange tip, install new spring

Hi, I just got a JG MOD5, I need to remove the orange tip that covers up the threading, but I am worried about damaging the gun or the threading, how would you suggest removing it safely?

I also need to install an M90 spring in this, how can I do this without risking damage to the gun?

Check is there is any pin or screw that holds the orange tip in place.
Remove as needed.

Then

Try to unscrew it using pliers and a heating source. Preferably a heat gun.
Boiling water can work but you need to be careful.

Or

Saw a opening (as stated before) with a Dremel, a small saw or a good knife.
Ce careful not to slip and not scratch the gun or hurt you.

As for the spring install: If you don't know what you're doing, get someone who does to do it.
