KWA GBBR Barrel compaired to MWA mk23 barrel.
Hello everyone!
The other day I was at the field fine tuning my mk23s hopup. While I was doing so a man that plays there was doing the same to his KWA GBBR M4. I couldnt help but to notice that our hop up tools were the same. This suprised me because I have seen the KWA USPs hop up and its quite differnt then the mk. Now heres the question/s - Would the similarities between the hopup tool make it the same type of hopup in the pistol compaired to the rifle? Would the barrels, although differnt in length, be cut and slotted in the same configuration? thanks!

The barrel and hopup in the m4 are different, and specific to the m4, tho the pistol hopup tool will work on the m4 (I know this because I lost my much nicer m4 hopup tool)

All KSC/KWA gbbs use the same hopup adjustment tool (maybe not all the pre system 7 / ns2 guns though)

Tho the one that came with the LM4 is slightly different. It's larger, and the wheel only goes halfway, so you could adjust the hopup through the ejection port with the magazine in, which was really nice. The pistol one works, it's just a little more awkward. And be careful with the stock hopup wheel on the LM4, it's plastic and those little teeth just love to break :-)
