I don't know how many people here have seen this yet, but for those who haven't...

Have never seen that on here before. That's gonna be saved into my favourites.
Just noticing, It doens't take into consideration barrel length, Which I've noticed has a great deal to do with range & accuracy. |

Wouldn't it only affect the range because of the increased velocety?

Well the longer the inner barrel is, the more it stabilizes the projectile. Simple physics there.
The more stable it is, the farther & straighter it will fly. The velocity is just as important, as it will send the projectile further and faster. I'm just wondering why it doesn't have a calculator for barrel lengths. As it seems the answer's provided are on the basis that all inner barrel's are of the same length, or so that is how I'm perceiving the data that is being presented. What's your thought's on that? |

Those calculations don't take the amount of stability provided by different length barrels into account. They assume the bb is perfectly stable and moving perfectly straight when exiting the barrel.

well just play with the number until you get a curve that actually look like a well setted hopup shot .. no lift effect and no drop down too soon
actually what i do is raise the number until i got a light lifting effect then pull down the number a little bit to have a straight shot |

All it needs now is a scope with the proper MOA, set into "airsoft Standards"... *cough*
