Importing after new regulations ?

Hey,

So as you all may know the velocity of guns classified as firearms is now 366 fps and up. So how is importing ? Has anyone had luck getting guns past customs since the new law and are gubs being seized? Just need sone heads up before purchasing my next gun.

Exact same question has been asked multiple times, unfortunately you will need to get age verified for any detailed information.

Anyhow, importing is the same as it has always been, just more convenient and less cost than before.

No, importation is essentially the same as always.

There is the crucial fact of proving your statement that your gun is actually above 366fps with a reputable source, and AFAIK, none exist outside Canada.

That's an AV'd link. He can't see that.

Otherwise, it's the same as before. There is always the risk and chance your stuff will still get seized and you'll be in a battle to get it released be it 2 days, or 2 years, especially if they reply back saying they don't know how to install the battery or load the airsoft
