Did you put them back in the exact order you took them out?

There could have been a total of 5 shims in the box spread across all of the axles, but if you stack all 5 together on to one side of one axle, i can guarantee you that gear isn't spinning properly.

Even if you misplace ONE shim (let's say one off the bottom of the bevel gear and stacked it on top of another one on the spur gear), you could seize up your gears.

Hurray! After much work (and frustration!) I finally managed to get everything working again. I reshimmed my bevel gear which I think was the main issue, replaced the fuse with a 20a one from a hardware store, seems to be working now. Had a lot of issues with putting the trigger assembly back correctly (what a nightmare!) but its all good and working now, now im downgraded and ready to skirmish, should shoot between 350-370 now with m100.
