Calling All KSC MP9 Owners
Hi,
From reading up on the KSC Sys7 MP9, I hear the bolt catch malfunctions on propane. Has anyone figured out a solution to this problem, or at least the cause? If not, can anyone with experience with/access to both the KWA and KSC speak for whether the bodies could be swapped? I likes me some proper markings. Thanks

From what I've read, the bolt catch issue on propane was only for the non system-7 MP9.
KSC originally had a TMP that couldn't handle propane. It would damage the internals. They then released a non system-7 MP9 that had reinforced parts that could technically handle propane. This one had the bolt catch issue with propane. It used the same magazines as the old TMP. Next KWA launched the NS2 KMP9, which I believe is built for propane from the ground up. KSC then updated their B&T MP9 with the new NS2 system, which they call System-7. Obviously it shares magazines with the KWA KMP9, but cannot use the old TMP/nonsys7 MP9 mags. I have a KSC Sys7 MP9 in tan. Haven't had any bolt catch problems so far. Runs great on propane. The accurate trades was the only reason I didn't go for the KWA KMP9

Thanks for the reply, really helpful since there's so little information on the MP9 floating around. Do want then.
