What type of a charger are you using? Are you using the wall charger?
What stock is on the gun? Do you mean the battery needs to be removed using pliers or you have to take the stock off to remove the battery? A little more clarification would be benifical to help solve your problem.

the stock is a custom wooden stock and yes the battry is a wall mount. also the stock is not taken apart rather the battry is removed by clenching it with the needle nose plier

and where can i purchase a stick battry from? local under 20 dollars

Well, local to me are 3 different places at which I can get airsoft gear.. local to you? No clue. Help us out by putting some more information in your profile, and get Age verified too while you're at it.

i live in brampton near you, i dont want to spend over 20 on straight battery since im going to use for a week and might get it from there for 12 dola

Lesson number 1: when you cheap out on your equipment, you get cheap equipment that usually either won't last or work properly.
If you're going to play airsoft, spend the money for quality equipment, you'll be happier in the long run.
