CA Proline by a landslide!

My money is on the TM, by a landslide also. I owned multiple P90s of both brands, the only issue with TM is having to hunt down a metal upper receiver, but they can be found rather easily.
CA is my favorite brand of AR15s, and TM is no longer the de facto recommended brand, but they still have the best P90, M14 and 2011 pistols out there. |

My money is also on TM. I've handled the CA's and found that their plastic body creaked too much.

Owned both, CA all the way. Better internals and not shiny.

It appears we'll have to settle this another way lol.
In the mean time, to the OP, try to find both models at a game and try them out, verify you are comfortable with the ergonomics. |

Bought a CA Proline a few weeks back. So far hasn't developed a creak yet, and feels REALLY strong and sturdy too
Upper Metal Receiver is so nice, but then, I don't have a G&P or Echo1/KS upper to compare with side-by-side T.T Just need to wait until I get a new poly piston head change out the aluminum piston head that comes with it just cuz...

+1 to surebet's suggestion. Handle both side by side and see which one you like more. Nothing will sell you more than to actually handle it.
To be honest, I thought the P90-TR upper receiver on the TM was metal all these years... it's that sturdy. I just recently got a new one in stock, and confirmed it was plastic after I got it in my hands again. The weight and lack of cold touch gave it away, but beyond that, it's very sturdy. I don't know, I'm biased towards TM. ;P The CA P90 I handled was also well used, which could've had the creaks develop over time. Why bother? v6 gearboxes are damn near bomb proof. I've ran my gearbox with an aluminum piston head in it at velocities over 470fps, and there have been no problems. I don't think I've ever heard of a v6 cracking. |

Mainly it's just that when I hear the sharp *clack* *clack* makes me feel uncomfortable haha....

I own a well used TM and I haven't had a single problem with it. The fit and finish is excellent, realistic trades, and the gearbox is completely stock but handles my 1500mah 25c lipo just fine. I've only handled the CA version a few times though, so I can't really comment on it. All I can say is I love my TM and wouldn't trade it for anything.

Also, as much as I adore the little buggers, they aren't for everyone. Read up on pouch logistics.

We still need to settle this. I propose a race around the world. Jules Verne rules.
