G&G M16A3 FPS lowering?

Hey guys. My G&G M16's fps has decreased all the way down to a measly 265fps from its stock fps of 360. I think that it may just be my spring decompressing or maybe an air-seal problem. I hope some of you experienced techs can help me out. Thanks guys

Air seal, most likely a shattered piston head.

G&G's piston head design is probably the worst I've ever seen.

Another option is the spring sheared and is doubled back on its self, does it sound normal when you're firing?

Can be piston O-ring G&have crap ones check there Or hopup rubber Or nozzle.

Doubt its the spring, that would be last thing I would check. prolly hopup the nozzle isn't sealing when it goes in the hop rubber. I've fixed them before by just disassembling the hop and barrel parts, cleaning, and getting it moist again with some fresh silicone

Good luck!

I already have a new spring and spring guide on stand-by so I will probably get that installed. I was thinking about getting that new piston that allows you to change your fps on the fly. So that would solve the O-ring problems as well as the fact that I have an extra piston as well. So I guess I just have to replace those parts. Thanks guys
