Okay,

So. If you're going to disregard our warnings, why do you even bother asking in the first place? We can't stop you from going to that park to have your little fun, but don't come back to us whining on how you got arrested and your guns confiscated by the police on the likely chance that they do come around.

They're not stupid.

So it comes down to this;

What you do is entirely up to you, you're responsible for your own actions at this point considering you claim to be over the age of 18. If you feel that fucking around in a park with replica firearms is worth a tab on your criminal record, by all means. Go at it.

i wasnt refusing to take your advise i was just giving more details and since everybody is sure its illegal than i will tell the guys to go to an airsoft field so that we dont get into any trouble

One of the things parts of it that is illegal is the discharging of an air rifle in a public place and maybe even adding trespassing to the mix if the place has defined opening hours.

no, it's not a deduction of knowing if it's illegal or not, we know it's illegal because it's the law and we play on Airsoft Purpose fields only.

I gotta ask bein from the big city and all, but isnt Alberta more of an agracultural type place? not one of your buddys lives on a farm? or some other big peice of land that is private? least yall could put yer eyes out close to home, thats assumein yall dont have eye protection or are gonna use the stuff that came with your CT/WalMart clearsoft

dont get arrested or blind K guys, wanna save money play paintball. wait i dunno both cost lol but out ammo is cheap and way less laundry lmao

DO NOT PLAY IN THE COULEES.

And definitely don't play on or near Henderson lake or Nick Sheran Park.

If you can get a group going, contact Coulee Runners Paintball. Not sure what the going rate to play is. It might be something like $5-10 each depending on group size. I know Coulee Runners will let you play on their field if there's on Paintball groups scheduled there.

If you play airsoft in a public space - ANY PUBLIC SPACE - that is not either a designated or private field, you will be subject to all applicable laws of that space. This includes, but is not limited to: disturbing the peace, discharging a firearm, transporting a firearm, trespassing, and in the event that you accidentally hit someone with a stray bb, assault with a weapon.
