Airsoft depot review

There's probably already reviews about airsoft depot, but here's my experience.

I ordered a Large BDU combat set (with elbow and knee pads), a 9.6 crane stock battery, Multicam Helmet (the opscore replica), ESS turbo fan goggles, and 2 Tan Canadian flag patches. They sent me a tracking number within hours, and it was here (Fraser valley B.C.) in 8 days! When I got the package, I tried on the bdu, and it was a good fit for street clothes, but not for combats, and it didn't come with the 4 pads as promised. I was extremely happy with every else, but I sent them an email the next day (they were supposed to be closed) and told them. In under an hour I got a reply back saying "No problem, send them back and we'll work out a deal on Tuesday" (day they re-open after Easter). I didn't email them back on Tuesday, but on Wednesday (today) I sent the package back at 8:30am. I emailed them at 7:30pm and told them that I sent it, and within 10 minutes they said "Thank you very much for sending it back. We just sent the XL set back, and here's a tracking number" THAT IS AMAZING!!! If that isn't customer service I don't know what is. I will make sure to order from airsoft depot again and again!

Overall experience with Airsoft depot: 10/10

Anyone that sends a new package out without even recieving the old items deserves a 10/10, but to respond to an email within minutes takes it to a whole new level. It was a pleasure to deal with airsoft depot.

Agreed. I recently ordered an RPK kit, but got one for an SVD. The RPK one was sent the next day, no questions asked. Looks good too.
