The question I have: Does the BAD Level work on WE?

As long as it can clamp on to your bolt catch somehow I don't see why not. In my case(not sure if its the same for Spartan, though I see he is using a PTS one, which might be a replacement for bolt catch if he got the PTS for WA one), using a RS BAD, I had to use a angle grinder to grind down on the thickness of the paddle for it to fit since G&P's bolt catch has a thicker paddle than RS. PTS makes a WE specific one which works like the RS one, maybe designed to WE's size(which might be the same as RS anyway). And their WA one comes with its own paddle which the lever just screws onto....

I was just wondering if you can install a real moe hand grip on a G&P m4 or if you have to use the pts one?

Both will work. You'll need the Airsoft grip screw though as RS uses different size thread.
