Trigger problem with my KJW m9.

Hi! I just purchased a KJworks M9 full metal, but when disassembling the grip, the trigger bar ( kind of a spring) came out. This is the spring:

Now i dont know where it goes on the gun. I think it goes there:

But i dont know if it goes this way, or that way:

And is there a part missing? Because when i put the spring in place ( i tried both sides) and put the grip back together, i pull the trigger few times and then the spring comes out again... That's pretty annoying... :

If there's a part missing, could someone tell me what is it and show me what it looks like? Because i may have lost it somewhere while disassembling...

Thanks!

Same thing happened to me before. Almost always happens when you remove the right grip on any airsoft m9. That spring is part number 65 on this diagram:

It's used to hold up part number 64 (the trigger bar). IIRC, the spring goes in as you have in your second picture, but further forward (towards the front of the gun).

So, there's no part missing?

You just had the spring the wrong way.. It goes like this: And It goes INTO the trigger bar, You'll see a small space for the spring to fit in there.

happy shooting!

+1. And if your right grip panel isn't bolted back on, pulling the trigger will eventually force the trigger bar spring to fly back out.

Thanks everybody, problem solved. But i've got another question, when i rack the slide, and then press the slide release button, sometimes the slide doesn't move, so i have to push it manually. Someone has a solution to solve this problem, maybe with ball bearing grease?

Does the slide have resistance when you're pulling it back to rack it?

Only thing I could think of, if there is no resistance when racking, Is.. Maybe the type of Mag you're using may be a bit too high, and the loading nozzle, in the slide, is catching on the sealing rubber, on the mag?

If there IS resistance when racking.. Maybe #33, 'Slide Rail' may be bent. I'd try lubricating the slide rail and the frame to see if that helps.

Tried lubricating, same thing. It's not the mag, because it does it, even if i dont put my mags in. There's no resistance when i rack the slide. But it just stays stuck when i rack it all the way, and then press the release button... Seems to be the loading nozzle that sticks inside the gun... maybe i should put some lube on it?

Hm, yeah ,you should have a little bit of lube on your loading nozzle.

I find that on mine, the hammer/underside of BBU created a heck of a lot of friction and thus the slide does not cycle as freely as I would like it to - but functionally, there is no difference when shooting, AFAIK.

Loading nozzle doesn't touch anything when the Mag isn't inserted... ?

Necro, weeheeeeee!

Trigger spring should fit into a slot on the under-side of the trigger bar - at least, it does in the KJW that I used to have. Grip panel will hold all that in place when you've got the spring set properly in terms of the frame and trigger bar.
