I need your guys' help with my 1911
hey all,
i just bought a kwa M1911a1 it is an NS2 system, and it is cansoft. i wanted to "make it mine" i was wondering what is compatible with the kwa 1911's. if i buy a part that is compatible with a marui 1911 will it fit my kwa? for example the barrel, or slide or trigger?? also, i see alot of parts that are for M.E.U's and some for Hi-capas, i know the hi-capa is a little different in size, but will the M.E.U parts fit on the 1911? thanks in advance. KWA/KSC is NOT compatible with TM (Tokyo Marui)/clones.
Tokyo Marui 1911 can take select Tokyo Marui Hi-Capa parts, some requiring modifications, some modifications being more intense than others. Edit: and vice versa. |

also, barrel wise, and slide wise, isnt the marui slide and barrel the same size and dimensions as the kwa/ksc, i remember reading somewhere about somebody customizing their kwa 1911 with marui compatible parts...
i may be wrong, like juicy said before, kwa/ksc is not compatible with marui.. basically all i wanna do is throw in a threaded barrel and personal slide.. |

Mmm.... Not 100% sure of this but I have heard things about Firefly, PDI and another company called "KM" making some parts for KSC/KWA guns but that was before "NS2/System7". I guess if you wanted things like the piston could be changed, change your valves in the mag to "Hi-Flow" valves (either by doing it yourself (basically taking some material off the stock valve, or getting real hi-flow valves), as well I'm not sure if this is only specific to the KSC Glock but there is another part called a "Rocket Valve" which is supposed to make the system slightly more efficient as well as giving you slightly stronger kick but that's all I know about them.
AFAIK "NS2" and "System7" are basically KSC Glock innards put into other pistol exteriors because of the "efficiencies" of the original KSC Glock design. Not sure if this is entirely right so maybe wait for someone else to explain it better than I can.
