Glock 17(KSC) Hammer Problem?

So i just got my metal slide for my KSC Glock 17 and we put it together and racked the slide a few time and went to pull the trigger. The trigger clicked but the hammer is now in the up position and the slide is locked. We can move it forward a bit with the dis-assembly nobs but we cannot get the slide off to fix the problem, so i turn to you guys.

HELP lol

Thanks

Nate

**EDIT**

Original Problem is fixed. Now when we rack the slide we won't get the click when pulling the trigger essentially its not cocking. It also fires 1 BB and the rest of the gas is released.

Give it a good lube, oil in around the hammer and striker, work it in, then put grease on the rails and slide.

And if you pull the slide back the hammer won't lock in place? Is the little flip plate in place and working in the rear of the piston unit?
