I'm not positive about KJW mags but I thing the o-rings in some lighters (those cheap plastic ones) will work.

Dunno about CT, but I've dug through the local Home Hardware and found some. It's fine if they're a hair thicker.

and if it's a hair thicker, a tiny bit smaller won't hurt either.

Not sure about the size your require so take a micrometer and measure the correct size then give Abel O-rings in Concord a call. They can pretty much get you any kind and size of o-ring you need. For my Bomber M4 mag fill valves they required a 1mm o-ring and Abel had them, though I still had to trim the outer diameter a small bit to make them fit perfectly...damn things are really friggin small!

did anyone get you a size? My o-ring just blew out and looking to buy some spares. Since it is damaged, I can't measure it at all.
Any help on the size or oring# would be great.

O-ring modification

Hi,
I've also got the Bomber Mags with leaking fill valves.
How did you trim the outer diameter?
I ordered O-rings with a inner diameter of 1 mm because I thought that 0.2 mm of tension on the valve would be ok.
The O-ring was 1 mm thick, so it was kind of tight.
After the assemble of the mag I tried to fill it but the O-ring was so tight that I couldn't really fill it correctly. So what I did was I disassembled it again and heated the O-ring a little with a lighter and twisted it a bit between my fingers. That helped, but I'm not too sure for how long.
Greetings.

If you go to any piercing shops and ask them for 14 gauge rubber bands. Those things work way!!! better than stock ones. I have lots actually, I got them in Banff last month, 10 pieces for a dollar. Its cheaper than buying a new fill valve for your mags. I hope this helps
