Classic Army M14 EBR (Scout) S007M
So I am looking @ buying this particular rifle, I am curious as to your general idea's and reviews. I looked around the nets and found that Classic Army is not as well known as Tokyo Marui but generally respected, and an m-14 is my favorite rifle so this one in particular looks rather intriguing...
I'm in the CF and as such have some toys of my own to play with so accessories aren't an issue however the right rifle is. What are your takes? Thank you in advance kind sirs. |

General consensus here with M14 is either TM or broke. All other M14 clones on the market are said to be crap. I have no personal experience with it though but the WE has me itching.

Generally people say with m14s go TM or bust. I'm not sure if TM makes an EBR version, but it would be worth looking into (after age verification, of course ).
A few of my teammates had CA m14s. They liked them, but the vast majority of mags that were available for the TM models apparently would not work in the CA, making it difficult to source extra mags.

CA is Great I have been running my EBR since they came out, and its still going strong after 100,000 + rounds, mags are abit of a pain to get though.

EBR
Well since TM donot make an EBR you have no choice but some thing different. I love the look of the EBR and I have nothing but great stuff about the CA EBR. I hear it's very heavy, and that there is another company that makes a solid on block alluminum version. I'm just not sure who makes it.

Wow, perfect! This seems like a generally positive consensus. Now comes the fun of finding how to buy one haha. And HaloSix4; you mentioned an issue with getting mags, I thought guns were taboo to import, are mags too?
Oh, I appreciate all who answered. Greatly, thank you! |

Guns you can't import, but mags you can.
A retailer can get you the EBR, but you have to be age verified first. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=74996

My friend has a G&G m14, which is a clone of the CA m14 design... and we only found one retailer in the world that was selling the mags for it... and he bought the last 3.... :S |
