I would be able to tell you but because they're actually names wrong on their site i can't tell you. I have the Commando but it's actually called the GR16 R4 Commando. In my manual i have all of their M4 M16's but they're all under a different name not m4 or m16. there are 3 categories..

Use the search. There is a review on both of them and their pros and cons. My understanding is:
G&G M4 REC (CAS) = lower end version G&G M4 = regular version G&G M4 Advance = regular but with upgraded internal parts Top Tech (G&G) = high end version |

A fellow player out here had the rec version and it had a nice ROF with a 9.6v although he got rid of it and had very little kills, he never complained to me. But when I saw him this season with a SIG 550 I knew he had done some re-thinking.
