Crane stock rattle
Today I’m focused on the PTW type of crane stock. I’m not sure how many manufactures make this type and if there are quality differences between the various manufactures but I think just the nature of the design will lead itself to have some rattle. When a newbie walks in and pick up a display weapon without batteries of course there is quite a lot of rattle. However, after adding the batteries it does dampen it somewhat but still leaves a bit of rattle.
So my question is what is some way to help dampen this rattle?

The stock itself moves?
In that case, remove it, put some electrical tape on the top and see if it helps
