Well, we are talking about the airsoft version. Of course the real steel would likely be prohibited. But we are talking about airsoft here. Come on, really.

I thought I've heard something about the RS version having problem being legal....I think the idea of having something pretending NOT to be a weapon is worse than having something concealed....

A bat is not a controlled firearm...

The whole CCW concept is that you can bring a firearm as long as its concealed. This technically is not concealed...if you know what you are looking at....
