FAQ section my friend it will explain pretty much anything you would ever want to know about Airsoft in Canada. http://www.airsoftcanada.com/forumdisplay.php?f=21
Also there are some clubs kind of near you. Op-For and BCAC (BC Airsoft Club). Join either or of the forums and get AV'ed which will give you access to the classifieds section so you can get almost any gun you would ever want.

Nope won't make it past customs.
As for a website to find guns, you're on it. Get age verified if you are over 18 To do so, check the FAQ's to find your local rep and send him or her a PM and he'll take you from there.

If you have your heart set on that style gun, I'd recommend you stick with the TM Desert Eagle, those are the work horses. You can get one if you get Age Verified (info here http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=49408) and you can either wait for one to come up in the classifieds or you can get a retailer to import one for you. If you skim the FAQ section you will also find out why you should expect to be paying 1.5-3X the overseas pricing so don't be surprised if a $100USD gun will cost you $300CAD+, or a $350USD gun for $700CAD. Just rough examples but its all explained throughout the board.
