Last season I was able to hit a quarter from twice that range, I think my hop up rubber wore out

Yea.. I pulled apart my VSR last night and my hop is worn out like crazy.. it also felt really, really soft.

I'll order us a couple new ones.

Don, TC's VSR is basically identical to mine, only he's not using a V-trigger, and he's using a shorter prometheus barrel instead of a PDI one.

I can vouch for this, his VSR has an effective range of easily 250 feet+

He's a much better shot than me though

you put a thin AEG bushing shim between the hop up arm and the hop up unit itself.

It helps kill any movement of the hop up unit itself.
