Why is it a full black gun? is that type legal in canada? If so would cbsa seize one being shipped up from the US (only cause its like 2/3 the price)?

Do you really need it spelled out for you? NO YOU CANNOT ORDER FROM THE STATES OR ANY OTHER COUNTRY. THE CBSA WILL SEIZE IT.
Once its in country though, its as legal as a can of pop.
