Hey raven, dude I used to work at a small postal outlet where peoples packages came to be picked up. And no jokes I cannot explain what they do at customs, I seen shit come that had its packaging coming out and then yellow cbsa tape barely holding it together... then in complete view it says on it stroller! They held this ladies stroller for two months then sent it half ripped apart!
Anyway thats really not common I'm just saying that things are often tangled up with no cause or explanation. See its the recievers job to know its countries laws, the shipper has no obligation to understand our nations customs procedure. And thats all it is, procedure. They will not hustle to look for yours and move it out after a phone call.
