Yes, they are all compatible with TM, although, i would strongly suggest you just buy a TM. I have heard many horror stories about WE high-capas and my TM high-capa is amazingly awesome.

Yes, Tm high-capas are awesome, however you will not be able to get the slide you linked. For that you would have to buy a WE.
TM high-capas have more simple slides (stock at least)

WE Hi-Capa's are great if you can find one that is reliable out of the box. Sure the lemon rate is higher than TM, but WE standards are improving.
The WE Hi-Capa provides a cost effective metal slide option right out of the box which is nice. My WE has seen a few thousand rounds and never let me down, that isn't the case for everyone, but like I said if you can get your hands on something reliable you're good to go. The 100 % TM compatibility on the WE Hi-Capa is a bonus that you wont find in the WE 1911A1 or MEU. |

the WE slides are ridiculously heavy I find and require alot of gas to cycle the internals are also not so nice, WE = Worst Ever

Custom built versions of that frame/slide/barrel/compensator kit are available, and although they are built to extremely precise manufacturing standards from quality stock materials, the price is pretty insane. The WE Dragon is an economical option if you MUST ABSOLUTELY have that slide style, but if you want it to be in top performance and durability, I'd recommend changing all of the internals out to at least TM grade.
