CA G36K battery
Would a 9.6V battery fit inside the handguard ? Cause I've noticed it probably doesnt have enough space for a mini...

Never had problems installing 9.6V mini batteries in my old TM G36C or CA G36's handguard.

What/where is the problem? I know with the G36C, you have to wrap the wires above where the battery goes (around the gas block thing).

well when i try to put in it, there's not enough space at the bottom of the handguard, so the battery angles up a bit, and im assuming thats what prevents the handguard from being put back into place.
I was going to go on ebay to buy a 9.6 stick battery, but i wasnt sure that would fit either, so i posted this thread just to make sure ![]() |

Heh as you can see I removed the stick battery thing becuase I don't know if the G36K has enough space for that. A stick batt is ~21cm in length, do you have that much space?
Usually when I installed the battery, I put the gun upside down to slide the handguard on. It can be difficult if the gun is right side up because you do have to juggle things a bit. Does your connector get in the way? |

AHA thanks so much, i just tried both of what you suggested
1.) Flipping the gun upside down 2.) wrapping the wire around the barrel ! IT worked ! but my handguard does have enough room for a stick battery ![]() |
