Safety Hazard?

I am wondering if a flashlight on a gbb pistol will ignite the propane I am using with the gun?

Has anyone heard of propane igniting because of a flashlight mounted under the barrel?

Obviously I am talking about firing the gbb pistol while the flashlight is on.

No because, the light bulb is air sealed, so there is no way gas can seep in. If it does then its glass is cracked and if the glass is cracked then the light wont work, and no spark( or what ever)

Propane's temperature of ignition is some 480C. Unless your flashlight is capable of setting paper afire and giving you 3rd degree burns, something tells me propane will not be a concern.

Even those super duper Surefire don't burn like this. Unless switched on in a closed space, like a pocket.

Enven so, it's the the light that will set the propane on fire, but the material burning because of the light.

Funny, I've always wanted to set the propane on fire, but I've never come across a decent way to do it...
