Those with Banshee Plate Carriers
I want to get dummy plates for my Banshee, and it seems to be a unwise decision to try to import the Team Wendy Training Plates.
So those who have it, what have you stuffed inside to make it feel more real and rigid? Will those dummy plates for AirsoftDepot fit? Cheers

I actually just picked up a set of Warrior trail training plates. https://www.warriortrail.com/
Price is comparable to the team wendy training plates. Service and communication was great. Shipping was fairly quick , but should be quicker for you guys in the east. Team wendy will ship up to canada you just have to fill out all the end user agreements. |

I have 3/4" thick foam plates in my Banshee. Got them from an old ciras from AirsoftDepot.

I took a pair of the hollow plastic dummy plates (they're all labled as Med I think)...drilled open the hole at the top and filled it with plaster mix.
It's great in that it adds very decent weight and rigidity....keeps you gear in position. And if the plastic cracks it won't leak out sand/etc... It's not great in that it was messy, took a long time to dry out (used too much water), and they started to bulge (I taped them together and positioned them such so that they'd keep their shape). All good in the end. |

Mine are filled with plaster. They are still in perfect shape after about a year or two. And I used them a lot.

Mine fits my large SAPI plates. I had to put the plates in. A little bit stuck out. But once I let the carrier sit over night. The fabric stretched enough I could fit them in.
