You can find a used one in the classifieds since you are age verified. Brand new probably no where.

from time to time you'll come across them on canadian sites, but there are plenty of tm compatible models available for less than 1/2 the price. now i know many want tm for sake of quality but with a sniper u'll prob end up upgrading the crap out of it anyway (tm always seem to be very low fps which is fine for cqb but who needs a sniper rifle indoors anyway?) and you can build a very good rifle starting with a much less expensive platform. just my take on sniper rifles though.

You can buy new in Canada. Get a TM VSR G-Spec.
www.milsig.ca sells them, but they are over priced. Also, there are a few importers on here. You need one that is pre-spring-upgraded to make it past CBSA as they shoot 290-310 FPS stock.
