Just shoulder bump and angle (keep your hands all on the controls and handguard, take your stock off your right shoulder and move it to your left, and twist the rifle slightly so the magazine is angled about 20-30 degrees from the vertical towards the right). Your left cheek will contact your left shoulder/stock, and you can use your right eye to aim down the barrel (but not really the sights unless you get a canted red dot). Your head will be exposed more than somebody switching fully and using their left eye, but this should be better than avoiding all right hand turns. Several people I know are left-handed, but have right-eye dominance and they do this with varying degrees of success.
