CO2 magazines use the disposable 12g CO2 cartridges.
If your magazine doesn't have a huge threaded cap on the bottom for installing the CO2 cartridges, then it is not a CO2 mag.
You need to slide the baseplate of the mag off to get to it.
If your mag has a shrader valve on the bottom (the thing used to fill green gas mags), then it's a green gas mag.
