i already have a problem like this one
1: put your hop-up to the neutral position (totaly inactive)
2: the misalignement of the bb's not sound abnormal to me but chek if your hop-up is not cracked or broke!
3: make sure that you put lubricant in your hop-up chamber and mag's
4: for me my problem was a misalignement of the hop-up whit the magazine
make sure the magazine its in place corectly !
