Agreed, their marketing claim about more accurate or stable shots is bull-hickey.
The system just doesn't work that way. The slide doesn't actually start its blowback cycle until the BB has left the inner barrel. There are some ultra high speed camera videos of this action online.
Contrary to popular belief, the inner barrel is pretty much fixed to the frame. It doesn't move at all.
So because of that, it doesn't affect accuracy at all if the outer barrel moves or not.
The only benefit of a fixed outer barrel is slide durability or reliability, as none of the lugs have to be engaged to either pull the chamber back OR push it forward.
