First off, this probably belongs in the gun doc section.

Sounds like a compression issue to me. It could be a ripped O-ring some where, or one may have dried out. If you open it again, do a compression test. Take out your cylinder, cylinerhead and put your finger over the hole while trying to push the piston/piston head down the cylinder. It should be difficult. Then recheck all the O-rings and fittings. If you need new ones size 14 should do the job perfectly.
If you haven't already, clean out all the crappy dboys grease and then re lube it.
