i got a new magazine and everything but this is my dilemma i fill the mag with propane then fire it but all i ever get off is 2 or maybe three shot before the mag empties

Is there a lot of gas (big cloud) escaping when it happens, or is it just a weak hiss?
If its a big cloud, you're filling it right and the problem lays elsewhere.
If its just a weak hiss, you're running out of gas after 2-3 shots and it means you're filling it wrong.

Remove the slide catch and gently file down the little hump on the surface facing towards the rear of the gun (where the spring loaded pin makes contact). The mag catch should be able to move up and down freely. Don't overdo it, you want to maintain some tension or the mag catch will "bounce around" and lock your slide at random times.
Additionally you may want to remove the pin at the top of the mag, behind the feed lip (use a roll pin punch), and remove the feed lip, follower and spring: then very carefully/gently stretch out the spring a bit. Again, don't overdo it, just grab it by each extremity, pull outwards ~10cm in all, hold for a second, and then gently let the spring pull itself back into shape. Then reinstall it into the mag (it'll sit around 0.5-1 cm longer than it used to).
