First, ensure you're filling the mags properly by holding the mag valve up and the propane tank upside down. Secondly, ensure there's enough propane in the tank. Often there may seem to be enough, but there isn't enough pressure in the tank to fill the mag.
Once you can ensure you're doing both these things, get back to us and we can help troubleshoot the problem some more.
