Yet, a transfer for a higher caliber, semi-auto SKS takes 4 minutes.....
The only reason the Great Canadian Government does this, is so that it'll deter prospective black-gun, and restricted shooters from getting their toys.
Personally, I'd be more afraid of the 16 gauge, than the .223 rem.
