Just a quick input from someone who's had this problem recently. If ur getting sparking at the contacts on semi block it means there's some arcing of the connections. Ur gonna get residue of oxidated metals building up. Plays havoc with ur switching assembly specially on batteries that are high current output. I needed to clean the metal contactsevery game after I upgraded to a lipo or semi became burst just because of that damned residue. I've since switched to a trigger master to reduce the current flow thru the trigger switching assembly and problem is fixed. I've not heard of any mechanical fix for it though :S
