Other than astectics, I have honestly found NO difference in the performance of metal mags vs. plastic ones. Metal ones are more durable, and won't likely separate if you overload them (like STAR MP5 mags), but they're also more expensive.

King arms 100 round mags. I use STAR 30 round ones myself, but my buddy uses those in his broxa and likes them.
