I did not realize this thread was already 4 pages long and nobody mentioned. AOE(angle of engagement) or sector gear piston teeth attack(this what they call it in other forums).
Piston grinding is an easy fix or you can mod the piston before shit happens. Be it high speed or torque set ups.
Procedure.
-grind the first two teeth
-shim the sector gear to right angle of piston teeth.
This also cures the semi-locking issues.
