I was recently looking at the wiki entry on the Arctic Warfare series of rifles, and I noticed that the German Army issue G22 as seen here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:G2...lldaempfer.jpg has backup iron sights mounted. Now I'm curious if such a thing could be done to any one of the many L96's floating around the airsoft world, or whether or not someone has tried something like it.

I threw this together too to get a feel for it.
