Just find out the length of your silencer and add that length on top of the length of an MP5 inner barrel (229mm).
Next, find an index of all inner barrel lengths, and get the model that's one level SHORTER than what you calculated, just to save you from having to cut the barrel and crown it. Many high quality inner barrels are coated or plated in some way and do not react well to cutting as they can not be re-finished.
Also, if you are upgrading to a significantly longer barrel, you will also need to check some index's to see what cylinder type matches the new barrel you're going with, and also to see what cylinder currently exists in your gun to see if you will need to upgrade your cylinder as well to match the air volume required.
