It depends on whether or not you're going to be selling guns and restricted parts or not and, if you are, where you're getting them. If you are going to sell guns and restricted parts (metal bodies, grenades, mags with visible rounds, etc) and are obtaining them from a Canadaian source, you should have no additional permits needed, unless there is something special your province or municipality requires. If you're going to be selling guns and restricted parts and obtaining them from foreign sources, you will need a BFL with a permit to import prohibited devices. You can contact your provincal CFO to apply for those and you'll probably get them shortly after monkeys start flying out of my ass. They are pretty much impossible to obtain and even if you did manage to get them, one of your conditions would be you wouldn't be able to sell to the public as the permits are meant for the theatre and movie industries. So getting these products from a Canadian source will greatly simplify your business and keep you in the good books of the local constabulary.
Now if you're just selling gear and non-restricted parts, ammo, batteries, etc, you shouldn't have any issues.
