I have experience with KSC's older glocks, (KSC G17 and KSC G34). And it's just too hard to get them reliable.

Personal Experience with HFC
Its best to have tried the HFC Glock 17 for more than a month to fully know its capabilities
As for lemon rates I never had a problem, always test fired and ready to go. If you want a gun that performs surprisingly well the Glock 17 is good. When Jugglez comes back I'll be going to check if KSC parts are compatible with it. Which in turn can help the owners of it now know the upgradability. But you really don't need upgrade the HFC Glock 17 it has good gas efficiency, a good blow black, and the cooling down effect is really good.
Drawbacks
OF course there are drawbacks. At the moment no one really knows or has not tried to see the upgradeability of the gun. There are lemons out there but the fruit of the lemons seem to be in the magazines they leak. You either get one that never leaks or one that leaks like hell.
I am not singing HFC here but to reiterate again, the most common drawback you will mainly face is leaky mags so when buying ONE make sure to ask that FIRST! "Is it leaky? or does it have a minor leak?"
How do I know it leaks?
When testing the gun hold the mag really close to your ear. Close your eyes if you have to, to increase your hearing sense and listen. If theres no sound congrats you have a non-leaky mag. To further test it fill the mag up and drop a silicone oil, if you see minor bubbles coming from the gas entry port then it has a minor leak.
Conclusion
Sure some people may think ewww HFC but the guns that HFC got right were its Glock 17 and M90 (Semi-auto)
