We did a couple of staged entries ,with a close up of the spoon flying before the toss.Thankfully that one hasn't surfaced because that was one of those, ZERO delay misfortunes that happen once in a while.
Anyway it went off in my face and then we all almost pissed ourselves laughing. Good times for sure.
