This is something a few others have found also, and when you click on the 'Post Reply' button (there is no box under to enter text), I get this message:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Obviously this is new (noticed it a month or so ago, and friends have found the same thing), but is it to encourage people to just PM for info in order to keep the threads clean, or is this a glitch?
