Depends on your style of play to be honest. If you're using a bolt action and a scope optic, low profile shooting glasses are the way to go. Typically with that role, you will pick when/where you engage your enemy.
But obviously for assault you would want to go with heavy face protection (if you want to get nice and close)
I've seen guys do both, and never get messed up. Luck of the draw!
