well, I did see a guy that had the revolver launcher loaded with KA thermobaric short grenades
and he had a madbul long type launcher with long thermobaric grenades
he wore a 40mm belt and the back of his vest was covered with pouches

The madbul RG108 needs a certain length behind the flashhider to lock in place, so it won't fit on an AK variat (front sight gets in the way), M733, G36C, anything with a short exposed barrel; it'll go on, but it won't lock in place
