There's a couple ICS M4A1s in the classifieds but I have to agree that for the price of a brand new KWA that it wins out. If you ask some of the retailers I'm sure they could bring in an ICS for around the same price. What makes the ICS great is the split-gearbox design but if you don't plan on using that to your advantage there's few other reasons to choose it over the KWA. This is all coming from a proud ICS M4A1 owner.
